- Types of Exporters Covered: Manufacturer exporters, Service-oriented exporters, and Merchant (Trader) exporters.
- REPC Membership Required: Applicant must be a member of the Rajasthan Export Promotion Council at the time of application.
- Location: The applicant unit must be operating within Rajasthan.
- Valid IEC & RCMC: Exporter must hold a valid Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) and Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) with the relevant Export Promotion Council/Board/Authority.
- Additional Benefit: This policy is additional to and will be dovetailed with other schemes such as RIPS 2024 and MSME Policy 2024.
Reimbursement
On documentation, quality/management system certifications, quality testing, and international trade compliance. Cap: ₹5 Lakh/unit/annum.
Testing Cost Reimbursed
Up to ₹20,000 per component/unit in a shipment. Annual ceiling of ₹3 Lakh per financial year, including sample-sending costs for new orders.
Platform Fee Reimbursement
On registration, referral, closing, shipping, subscription and other e-commerce platform fees. Cap: ₹2 Lakh/unit for maximum 2 years.
Premium Reimbursed
On ECGC (Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India) insurance premiums. Maximum cap of ₹2 Lakh per annum per exporter.
Marketing Expenses
Stall rent, visa fees, freight, and economy-class airfare (1 person). Cap: ₹3 Lakh/year, once every 2 years.
Technology Cost Reimbursed
From premier national/international institutes or domestic/foreign companies. Maximum cap: ₹50 Lakh.

⚠️ Important Points to Remember
- For documentation/certification: Financial assistance covers fees for obtaining any certificate, license, registration, or membership from Central/State government bodies or any national/international agency.
- For marketing support: Apply to REPC within 90 days of participation in the event. Events must be approved by the Competent Authority at REPC.
- For technology acquisition: Apply within 180 days (condonable) of acquiring technology. Disbursed in 2 equal annual instalments after commencement of commercial production.
- E-commerce & credit insurance benefits are available to MSME exporters only.
- This policy is applicable alongside RIPS 2024 and MSME Policy 2024 — you can claim multiple benefits simultaneously.
- All units must be operating within Rajasthan and must hold valid IEC and RCMC documentation.
